Purple builds AI products for law firms. We work with teams who want more than a demo - who want technology that changes how the work actually gets done, and that stands up to the standards a regulated profession demands.
My role spans product, strategy and the unglamorous business of adoption: making sure that what we build crosses the gap from "this is impressive" to "this is now how we work". That's the part most legal AI gets wrong, and it's where I spend most of my time.

Front-of-process
We target the highest-friction moments in legal work - intake, drafting, knowledge - where AI changes the economics of a real task.
How we build
Human-in-the-loop
Judgement stays with the lawyer. Our tools do the assembly and the searching, not the deciding.
How we measure
Adoption-first
We measure success by whether fee-earners actually reach for the tool - not by whether the demo impressed.
